36. During the first 90 days following the activation of bridge P-15020 on autoroute 25, any person liable for payment under section 13 of the Act respecting transport infrastructure partnerships (chapter P-9.001) for the passage on that bridge of a road vehicle referred to in section 3 of this Regulation is exempted from such payment.
